The blends in this post are based on a 10 ml roller bottle. The best way to blend oils is to fill the roller bottle 1/2 way with fractionated coconut oil (or your choice of carrier oil – sweet almond oil is also nice). Then add the essential oils. After the essential oils are added, fill the remaining space with your carrier oil, and shake to blend. Simple as that!

Inspired Blend

On a recent trip to the Outer Banks I happened into a favorite boutique. The Modern Beach House - give them a visit if you're in Kitty Hawk. She was selling a little blend for wool dryer balls. Which, if you aren't using wool dryer balls - START NOW! I've experienced a decrease in my drying time AND in my power bill. #score

I have added this blend to my diffuser, liquid soaps, Thieves cleaner bottle and laundry liquid and I'm in LOVE.

If you haven't tried this with your old oil bottles - you are missing out!! I was nervous at first, combining all these aromas into one vat. It. Is. Wonderful. Simply, put epsom salt into a bowl, remove the plastic stopper and turn the bottles upside-down in the salt. Let sit for 24 hrs then seal in a glass jar. #spaathome

For many of us this was the first oil we popped out of our start kits and got to using. Being totally honest, I didn't know what I was doing but just went with it!  According to Young Living this oil is a "uniquely relaxing oasis in a fast-paced world." And, I couldn't agree more!

Along with the oil blend, YL also offers a roll-on and bath bombs!

Here are some ways you can use Stress Away:

+ Diffuse: The blend is great alone or add a couple drops of Lavender to RELAX or add a couple drops of Citrus Fresh for an afternoon boost!
+ Spa DIY: Add 4-6 drops to Epsom salts and enjoy a lovely bath!
+ Perfume: Did you know most perfumes are really harmful to breathe? Pop a roller-ball into this bottle and you've got a lovely & healthy alternative.
+Drive Happy: Place a few drops on a cotton ball and put in front of your air vent.
+ Testing-Aid: Send with your kids to roll-on at school to calm testing nerves.

The list goes on and on. This little beauty comes in your Premium Starter Kit OR you can purchase a larger 15ml bottle.
